Innovations

Sample

All types of probability and non-probability samples. For sample structuring COMCON uses its own address base formed on the basis of 5% random sample of all households in the Russian Federation.

Quotas are calculated on the basis of TGI-Russia results – quarterly survey conducted by COMCON by license to BRMB International.  TGI-Russia provides us with an annual database which includes information on more than 36,000 respondents:

  • consumption of goods / services,
  • media preferences,
  • lifestyle,
  • demographic characteristics;
  • TGI

When interviewing directors of companies / enterprises, we use GOSCOMSTAT data and commercial databases (WA-2, COMPAS, Biznes-karta) with companies’ addresses and telephone numbers, for sample design and quota estimation by types of enterprises, industries, and regions.
