NIPO/CATI

CATI - (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) – is an automated system of telephone interviewing. It allows for the most efficient provision of exact and reliable data about public opinion, the market, and perception of advertising.

The automated complex CATI consists of 12 terminals. It is supported by the provision of NIPO CATIS System, which was founded by the Dutch company NIPO B.V. and is used in most Western European countries.
