In March 2003, COMCON-Pharma and UMG (Ukrainian Marketing Group) signed a Protocol stating their intentions to create a joint company COMCON-Pharma Ukraine in order to unite efforts in building a set of research tools to analyze Ukraine’s pharmaceutical market.
The signing of this agreement was preceded by the decision of COMCON-group and UMG to create the joint enterprise COMCON-Ukraine, whose first product was the joint production of TGI (Target Group Index) research in Ukraine under the terms of a licensed agreement between COMCON-Group and the British company BMRB International. Thus, Ukraine became the 43rd country in the world to realize the TGI project.
15 April 2003 is the official starting date for the operations of COMCON-Pharma Ukraine.
In 2003, COMCON-Pharma Ukraine begin to conduct the full set of syndicated and Ad Hoc studies realized by COMCON-Pharma in Russia.
